Our own web site, designed on the basis of feedback from
sellers and buyers, gives us a professional online presence with
up to the minute listings and intuitive search facilities.
It consistently ranks first in Google searches for related local
property phrases and records a high level of unique visits
enabling us to monitor the interest in individual houses.
We embrace social networking sites such as Twitter – and have recently launched an Iphone App.
About 80% of initial property research is now web based. Your property will be pro-actively promoted on leading national sites such as Rightmove and Prime Location.
An in-house office software system keeps track of just about
everything – contacts, viewing appointments and an all
important data base allowing us to effectively match properties
to prospective purchasers.
