It's a cracker

Story goes there was a haunted house in Torquay. The house came up for sale and a buyer was found, they moved in and lived happily ever after. Or did they, for not long after the new owners took up residence they questioned the agent as to the circumstances of the previous occupant. It seemed that the owner in question, who had died, would not leave the house and was playing all sorts of tricks - leaving on lights, opening fridge doors and playing all sorts of other 'games'. The new owners decided to have the house exorcised and along came the priest and told the previous owner enough was enough.
So life settled down again - that is until the house was re-possessed......
